I have just been for my 6 monthly check up, having had this procedure in May 2022. I am absolutely delighted with the service and the results. From my initial consultation and all the way through until now I have received excellent care and attention. Dr Russell is compassionate but realistic.

I can not recommend Dr Bramhall enough. Fantastic experience from the start. Dr Bramhall Answered all my questions patiently and he was also very clear with managing my expectations, everything was extremely straight forward and I’ve had no issues what so ever.

Russell Bramhall is a fantastic surgeon. From the beginning I knew I was in good hands, he has a direct and very calming approach. He told me the facts instead of telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. This was particularly important when discussing nipple sensation and breast size following treatment. Being 5ft with 34H breasts I constantly felt uncomfortable and self conscious. I had always imagined what it might feel like to be free in my own body but the results have far outweighed my hopes.

I honestly can’t recommend Dr Bramhall enough. The whole experience was 1st class, from initial contact, to the consultation, procedure and follow-ups.
The results of my upper blepheroplasty have honestly surpassed all my expectations and I just wish I had done it years ago. I look in the mirror and see “me” again. The scars are barely noticible and the results so natural, exactly what I was wanting. I am so much more confident now in my appearance and love experimenting with makeup and eyeshadow again.
Russell was completely honest and open about what could be achieved and spent loads of time answering my questions and discussing options and likely outcomes when he noticed a minor issue just prior to procedure. I never felt pressured at anytime and always felt fully informed.
The clinic set up was great and all the staff were so friendly and helpful, keeping me calm when I was so obviously nervous.

I had an excellent experience and outcome after my upper eye lid surgery. Fantastic service from Dr Russell and his team, explaining everything in detail and reassuring me throughout. I was to begin with afraid of the numbing injection and I was reassured that this discomfort would only last a few seconds. It was uncomfortable but I honestly did not feel any pain afterwards. I even had a nurse hold my hand.
I am so glad that I remained awake during this procedure. Throughout the surgery everyone chatted and I felt so much at ease. There was no rush at anytime and I felt in safe hands. I was a little shocked when they showed me how I looked after the surgery but I had been reassured that this would quickly heal. I only had one long stich in each eye and this came out very easily around 10 days after. I experienced swelling more so under my eyes and this lasted around 2 weeks. After this I followed the guidance to care for my eyes and I was wearing my make-up after 3 weeks. There is a little discomfort after the first few days but this very quickly passes. This is the best thing I have had done. I was very tired looking and this has opened my eyes up, giving me a fresh look and I feel amazing. I am now even confident in getting my pictures taken. Dr Russell is an excellent surgeon, who is understanding and very experienced in what he does. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Thank you once again

+10. It has been 5 months since my face and neck lift whilst awake under local anaesthetic without sedation. I was so nervous on the day of surgery and to be honest how I walked through the door for the procedure was beyond me, but Russell and his team made me feel so relaxed, the nurses were brilliant offering to hold my hand and soothe my fears, the 5 hr procedure soon flew by with lots of chatting and background music, I could not believe that after surgery I walked back to my hotel and was in no pain, I had a shower and washed my hair the next morning, the swelling subsided within 24 hrs with slight bruising around the neck and face area, I returned home within a day (I would recommend purchasing a wedge pillow which makes it more comfortable to sleep), I visited family 6 weeks later which I was dreading as my family don’t miss a trick, but the only mention was that I looked really well, which was a great result, I am so happy I had the surgery, my saggy neck and jowls have now gone and everything looks so natural, Russell combines technical skill with meticulous artistry. My outcome is natural and refreshed; most importantly, I still look like me.

I had a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Russell. I wasn’t the most straightforward augmentation as I had previously had over the muscle implants, which I got where I was 23 and had them for around 13 years. I had them removed after my 2nd child as they need up rippling a lot and I was worried about checking myself for breast lumps. I had planned on getting them back in under the muscle once the skin reattached to the muscle, as I didn’t have much tissue, but I had another baby and life just got in the way, so here I am about 8 years later getting round to it. In that time there wasn’t a day that went by that I didn’t hate the way I looked, I felt out of proportion and boyish. Before I decided to go with Russell, I saw 2 other surgeons, but as soon as I saw Russell I knew he was the right surgeon for me, he listened to exactly how I felt and what I wanted as well as pointing out I had a thing called double bubble (which no-one else had mentioned) and how he would fix it.
As well as feeling comfortable with Russell, his PA Avril was amazing, she was super helpful and in contact every step of the way arranging everything for my op. I wanted the op done asap, so the soonest date I could get was as a day patient, which I was initially nervous about, but Avril reassured me and now I’m so glad I did as it was lovely to get home to my own bed that night. Its been 6 months since my op and I couldn’t be happier, i feel like my old self and the outcome was perfect especially as mentioned I wasn’t straight forward case. For the first time in years, I felt comfortable on holiday in my swimwear and I known it sounds corny but I feel like a women again. For anyone considering or who is nervous about surgery, I couldn’t recommend Russell more.

Having bilateral inverted nipples for as long as I can remember I had often considered having them corrected surgically. After 26 years I finally found the courage and had a consultation with Russell Bramhall. Despite being nervous I was reassured by his quiet, confident manner. After an informative chat re possible complications I decided to proceed with the surgery.
The actual procedure was very straight forward and done under local anaesthetic in his rooms. The atmosphere was very relaxed with lots of reassurance and general “chit chat” which helped take my mind of things. The actual procedure took approximately an hour and after something to eat and drink, I was homeward bound on the train. The discomfort post procedure was minimal and relieved by paracetamol. I was seen a further twice for dressing changes. Today was my 3 month follow up and I am really pleased with the results I feel “normal” and I am so glad that I went ahead with the procedure, I honestly wish I had done it sooner. To Russell and his amazing team I can’t thank you enough it has really boosted my confidence.

My experience from start finish was simply incredible. Russell was fantastic from my initial consultation. I decided to get breast reduction due to bad shoulder, neck and back pain. I knew straight away that I was in very capable hands. Russell (or Avril his amazing PA) followed this visit up with a lovely letter detailing everything from cost, expectation of the surgery and even recommended bras to wear afterwards. My operation was on the morning of 18/12. Russell came to see me and reassured me that it would all be great.He is an absolute perfectionist and performed an absolute miracle getting me from a GG cup to a C cup. I was home for 8pm the same evening , 13 hours after arriving at the hospital.
y back, neck and shoulder pain disappeared immediately , I did not make this decision for vanity, however I now have a new lease of life and I look so much smaller and my posture is so much better. My recovery was so quick and my scars are so discreet. My advice would be not to hesitate getting this done. I only wish I’d done it years ago. You are investing in your future health. Well after years of research and being too afraid to do anything about it I finally found the courage. I have hated my flat chest my whole life. Russell went into great depth about what result I was looking for and the pros and cons. On my op day I was not even nervous, Ross Hall was amazing as were the staff and I loved my day (sounds weird I know). Afterwards I looked as though I had guys pecs but I knew to expect this. Apart from minimal bruising and swelling I fine. Doing most things including showering and washing my hair and was driving again by day 5. It really was so much easier than I expected. Russell visited me at the end of op day just to recheck everything and go over any questions. I then had followup nurse appointments at 1 and 2 weeks as well as at the end of the phone for any concerns. I have just seen Russell again at 9 weeks and everything is progressing as it should and I will have another followup at 6mths. I started out an AA cup, Im 5ft 8, around 10 stone and had 325 moderate plus extra dual plane. I wanted to look just like I did with my super padded bra on and as natural as possible. I am now measuring a 32 E. They dont look big in clothes and are just what I wanted.
My one regret is not having the nerve to do this years ago, for the first time in my life I am showing to everyone that knows to show them the progress. It really has been life changing for me.

The surgery was fine and the pain afterwards was not too bad. Initially I had two pumps fitted and I believe due to the amount removed, that this was definitely the best post surgery treatment for me. The pain, for me was ok and the scars are fading.

Simply put, Russell is incredible! I have been contemplating this surgery for many years and the second I met him, I knew I was in very safe and capable hands. I am now 3 months post surgery and I am thrilled with my results. They are exactly what I wanted! Last week I had my follow up with Russell at the new hospital at Braehead. At my follow up Russell showed me my before and after photographs and I am over the moon!
I had a consultation with Russell for breast implants as after loosing weight (5/ 12 stone) I went from a size 18/20 to a size 8/10. I was happy with my body but I wanted the fullness back to my breasts. The weight loss had left by boobs looking deflated. I also have mild Pectus Carinatum (pigeon chest). I love fitness therefore I was very keen for very full but natural looking results. At my consultation with Russell we explored all my options. I had complete trust in Russell and followed his recommendations. I did keep trying to badger him for bigger implants. I am soo glad that I choose Russell and followed his advise.
I was soo excited on the morning of my surgery (October 5th). I only got nervous just before I went in for surgery when I was waiting at the holding bay. Russell’s Nurse and anaesthetist chatted away to me and quickly put my nerves to ease. The last thing I remember is talking to them both. During the current pandemic it is very daunting to have surgery without having something with you in hospital. Russell and his fantastic team looked after my throughout my stay and there was always someone checking in on me soo I never felt alone. Russell’s PA, Avril has been fantastic throughout my patient journey – from organising my surgery date and follow ups , to checking in with me after surgery and just putting my mind at ease if I had any questions.
My recovery was very speedy and pain free. I am in love with my results. The day after my surgery i binned all my padded bras and breast enhancers. I am still able to wear all the clothes in my wardrobe the only difference is that I now fill them out nicely. The most life changing thing was the confidence that this surgery has given me. It has quite literally changed my life.
My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! Russell is an excellent and talented surgeon and you are in the safest of hands with him. I wont hesitate to recommend Russell to any of my friends. I had upper blepharoplasty and the results were amazing. I’m so glad I took the plunge and went ahead with this procedure. From start to finish Dr. Russell was so supportive and answered all my questions.

From my initial video consultation right through to my post op consultation I felt very comfortable and at ease with Dr Bramhall. He was very honest and patient at my consultations, answering all questions honestly and even going as far as to recommend a different type of operation and a different consultant if that would suit my needs better. However, I was confident that he could complete this upper blepharoplasty well and fix the issues I had without me needing the different operation.
On the day of my procedure I was made to feel comfortable and at ease by the Dr and nurses. The procedure was pain free and quick. And all my post op care was explained carefully.
My post op appointment also went very well and I’m extremely happy with the results. Not only have I had excess skin removed, but he also managed to create more symmetry by removing more from one side. This was something that bothered me a lot.
Overall, from start to finish, the care and service has been exemplary and I would highly recommend Dr Bramhall to anyone going forward for this procedure.

I had considered undergoing surgery for a number of years to correct my breast asymmetry, and finally decided to book a consultation with Mr Bramhall based on the reviews left by his other patients. Safe to safe I was not disappointed, Russell provided exceptional care from the word go. In the initial consultation, he talked me through the various surgical options I had and answered my (many!) questions. He explained the procedures clearly and spoke honestly about the final results that I could expect.
After a long discussion, we decided I would undergo two operations in order to achieve the best results (the first being a reduction on one side, followed by bilateral augmentation). The prospect of undergoing two operations was daunting, but Russell was happy to talk things through and really put me at ease. Following the consultation, he was easily contactable via email and responded quickly.
Now one year after the initial consultation, I have fully recovered from both operations and am just over the moon with the results. This process really has been life changing and improved my self-confidence immeasurably. I am so grateful to Russell and cannot recommend him enough.

From my first consultation with Mr Bramhall I knew I was in safe hands. He completely understood what I wanted to achieve, and explained everything that the procedure would entail. Everything we discussed at my consultation was also explained again in writing. Of course I was nervous on the day of the operation, however, Mr Bramhall visited me in my hospital room, making sure I was ready to go and putting my mind at ease. I was having a breast uplift without implants, to achieve a more youthfull and pert look. And that is exactly what I got!!!!
The results are incredible. The operation was no problem, and although I didnt need to, I opted to stay in hospital for one night. I was bandaged up tightly with my post surgical bra on, and went home feeling fine. The pain was definitely not as bad as what I thought, and for the next few days, managed just with paracetamol. Two visits back to the nurse at the hospital 2 weeks apart, and then I just had to let my scars heal. Every day they were just looking better and better. I cant recommend Mr Bramhall enough. The results of this have truly been life changing for me, and I would encourage anyone that is considering this procedure to get in touch with him.

I have talked about having a face&neck lift for a couple of years as i didnt want to go down the filler route and after having my eye hoods removed at Dr Darren McKeown’s clinic a few years ago i had no hesitation in having my face lift there. I had been considering this surgery for many years due to very noticeable asymmetry in my breasts. I had researched Dr.Bramhall and the work he had done which is all documented on his website with testimonials from others and decided to book my consultation. I was very nervous and apprehensive as I had never discussed the issues I was struggling with and Dr.Bramhall made me feel understood and supported in my decision. He was very informative and more importantly realistic in regards to an achievable result.
Everything was outlined and discussed at initial consultation and it made the whole experience with Dr.Bramhall feel open and transparent. Nothing was forced and he gave me time to think about what information I had been given before making decisions. Everything discussed was also sent in written form through the post which was great as well as it is a lot of information to take in.
However, I had no concerns and confident with my choice of surgeon and booked in for this procedure as soon as possible. Pre op, Dr Bramhall came to speak with me and discussed again what will happen during the procedure, providing reassurance and provided post op care advice which was appreciated greatly as it helped to settle my nerves on the day. Dr.Bramhall also came post surgery, to check results of implant positioning and again spoke with me regarding taking care of myself and wounds for the next few weeks.
Dr Bramhall’s team and nursing staff were always very friendly, approachable and encouraged often to contact them if I had any worries at all and someone would discuss and offer advice if I required so. The nursing team were very friendly and understanding post op, checking on me regularly and monitoring my recovery and provided pain killers for the few days after surgery. I am now 9 weeks post op and have 2 small, neat scars under my breasts that have healed amazingly and go unnoticed.
This procedure has made a huge difference to not only to my breast shape and size (which the results were even better than we had both expected because of amount of original asymmetry) but to my self esteem and confidence as well. I cannot recommend Dr. Bramhall and his team highly enough if anyone is considering undergoing this procedure as the results are fantastic and you will feel supported throughout your surgery journey.

I have had hooded eyes all my life, and they worsened as I got older (I’m 51). Having researched surgeons in Glasgow, I’m delighted I chose Russell – he put me at ease immediately during the initial consultation, assuring me he would achieve a natural result.
The surgery (in June) was a quick and easy experience – it wasn’t painful, and the assistant team were there to hold my hand and keep me distracted. We actually ended up joking and laughing throughout the procedure (is this normal? I hope so!).
The stitches were out one week later, and I’ve healed really well. My vision was very blurry for a few days, so I’d definitely advise taking it easy and stocking up on podcasts and ice packs for a few days at least.
I’m now about 10 weeks post procedure and have just had my follow-up – it’s all healing very well and I’m delighted! I do wish I’d done this sooner, but I’m just really pleased I’ve finally got rid of those ageing hoods!

I really cannot thank or praise Dr Bramhall enough for the recent breast reduction/ uplift I have received.
Being a young mother & having my kids close together in age along with breast feeding my chest has completely changed drastically in such a short space of time which had really knocked my self esteem & confidence.

Ecstatic at the results from my surgery with Dr Russell Bramhall. I had an upper eye lift, face and neck lift with a little liposuction under my chin. Although the first week I was feeling a little bruised and battered I quickly started to feel better and noticed that I was looking better even with the bruising. By the time I was a month down the line people were beginning to ask what was different about me.
I had only told my sisters about my surgery but other people were assuming that I had changed the way I put my makeup on which is exactly what I was hoping for. Even my own son did not realise that I had surgery but he told me I was looking amazing and my eyes were looking fantastic!

I’ve spoke about having my eyes done for many years, but always found and excuse not to as the idea is a bit daunting given it’s your face. I really wish I had done it sooner as I probably spent more on lashes over the years than the procedure.
I done a lot of research beforehand and chose Russell and I’m so pleased I did. He’s very honest with what to expect and makes you feel very relaxed.
From the moment I arrived to the actual surgery my nerves calmed and I felt very much at ease and the girls helped too.
Everything was thought of and the surgery was over before I knew it and it wasn’t painful in the slightest. After the surgery your taken to another room to ensure you’re ok to go home and Russell came to check which was also reassuring as opposed to being in and out.
The after care has been great and they reply with any questions or concerns you have right away. The bruising went away quickly in about a week and my initial swelling after a couple of weeks. I could wear make up at this time, but chose not to. However, I would say it took me the full 6 weeks for my eyes to fully settle from the swelling and they changed completely during this time.
What a difference it’s made to me, I’ve no heaviness or tired eyes, I don’t look like I’m scowling at everyone and for the first time in an eternity I can wear no lashes or mascara and not feel self conscious about my eyes. Bonus I can also wear eyeshadow which is something I’ve never been able to do in about 20 years.

My initial consultation was online, after restrictions lifted I went into the clinic to see Russell. He is professional & made me completely at ease. Very approachable & explained in detail what the procedure entailed.
The procedure lasted around 45 mins.
I was injected around my eyes to numb the area. It was completely painless & I would not hesitate to go back again. The first few days after I was bruised. By day 4 or 5 I could see a great difference, the swelling started to go down too. The results have been fantastic. My eyes look younger again, face looks fresher. Friends have mentioned how great I look & some are booking in for the same with Russell. Wish I had this done a few years ago when my eyes started to bother me. Russell Bramhall was exceptional start to finish. When attending my initial consultation, I was incredibly nervous – Russell instantly put me at ease offering his expertise to ensure I had a well-rounded knowledge of the breast augmentation procedure before making any decisions.
I appreciated Russell’s calming and kind demeanour – when discussing what I wished to achieve from the procedure he understood instantly and 3 months later I can say I achieved exactly that. I had a tummy tuck with Dr Bramhall and from start to finish he was just fantastic. Originally disappointed that he wouldn’t be able to do the surgery within my timescales as he was fully booked, I thought about going elsewhere. However after leaving my consultation, I realised how fantastic my chat was, and in that short 30 mins I felt he was the right guy. I was therefore prepared to wait and book in with him at a later date.
From start to finish I felt really involved in my surgery and any concerns/questions were always immediately answered. The surgery itself was really straight forward, and I felt relaxed at every stage. The recovery from the surgery far surpassed my expectations, where I envisaged being laid up for weeks on end. I was up and walking after 3hrs of the surgery, and home at midday the very next day. My pain was more than manageable at home and apart from being a bit tired due to the general anaesthetic, I was good. I returned back to work after two weeks and encountered no issues. I’m now 12PO and couldn’t be anymore delighted with the results. My scar is low down enough to be hidden by my underwear and is super neat, just incredible work done on it. All in all I’ve had a fantastic experience and would more than recommend Dr Bramhall as an exceptional surgeon and consultant.

I have had heavy upper eyelids for as long as I can remember. At age 35 I decided it was time to have my heavy lids gone for good. I done my research (lots of it) and decided to go with Dr Bramhall and I’m so glad I did! He was very honest about the results and what to expect during the procedure.
The procedure took around 45mins under local anaesthetic. What I would say is that there is a recovery period which for me was 7days. I am now 7 weeks post op and both myself and Dr Bramhall are delighted with the results. I look brighter, fresher and feel much more confident. I have never looked back!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Since my early teens I had been very unhappy with the size of my breasts.
At five ft 10 I had always felt very boyish and it had always made me feel very self conscious. From the first consultation, til now 6 weeks post op Mr Bramhall has been great the whole way through. Excellent Results (6 Weeks Post Op)

Over the past few months the appearance of my eyelids had really started to bother me. Every time I tried to apply make to that area, the skin was becoming creased and loose.
I then began looking into how I could improve this however I also did not want it to appear obvious I had work done.
I spent a large amount of time researching who I wanted to carry this procedure out and came across Mr Bramhall. I chose him due to his extensive experience in specialist aesthetic surgery and more importantly his emphasis on natural results.
On the day of the surgery, Mr Bramhall and his team were excellent in their approach and really put me at ease. The local anaesthetic was nowhere near as bad as I was anticipating and the whole procedure only took just over the hour.
I was provided with excellent after care instructions/information. I now have excellent results already at only 6 weeks post op. My eyes have a much wider and youthful appearance.
I would not hesitate in the slightest to get any further work done in the future and I could not be happier with the outcome.

I can hardly believe how painless the procedure was to how good was the end result.
The bruising and swelling were minimal to the extent that wearing my glasses I felt able to go out after two days without feeling self-conscious. Five days later when the stitches were removed make-up totally obscured any remaining sign of surgery. The whole experience was to my surprise, a breeze. My only regret is I didn’t have it done long ago.

I had an amazing experience, I had wanted to do this surgery for years, but was a afraid of the pain, and unsure about plastic surgery in general and if it would look natural.

I had a fantastic result. I couldn’t be any happier. I was well looked after and had very minimal pain.
I was walking within 3 hours and was able to return to work in 4 weeks and I have a very physical job. If your office based you could be back up and running within 7 – 10 days. I’m now 6/7 weeks post op….reduced from a G cup to a C cup! I’ve not needed any pain medication and was back at work 7 days post op, I dont however have a manual job so I could take things easy. Started walking the dog 2 days after the op and just built that up over the weeks.
Ive had no wound issues either, no itching or discomfort. Neck & shoulder pain now history. Personally I found getting over the anesthetic more challenging that the actual procedure, but I knew to expect that from previous experience. I’ve now had the go-ahead to start doing all the things I previously did..like swimming & I’ll now get into some things that I didnt feel comfortable doing pre-op, like yoga…apparently it helps when you can see your feet! Dr Bramhall is extremely talented and I am so happy with the outcome. After researching a few surgeons on RealView, I booked my initial consultation with him and knew that he was the surgeon for me. I had my surgery was 3rd August 2020 (a week later than originally planned).
Dr Bramhall phoned and emailed multiple times from the consultation to the surgery to go over any details and explain the extra restrictions because of Covid 19. I wasn’t allowed any visitors or anyone in the hospital with me but Dr Bramhall and the team at Ross Hall made sure I was well looked after and were always on hand to make sure I was ok. The surgery went great and I was able to leave that night (I had the option to stay over if I wanted). I was able to go back to work after a week and take it easy. I am now 7 weeks post op and delighted with my results. A few family members had commented on the fact I was still young and I would regret it/should wait till I’m older but if anyone reading this is debating whether to do it or not, I would say 100% go for it. I am so much happy now that I have had the surgery and I cannot thank Dr Bramhall enough.

I had gynecomastia since puberty and finally decided to do something about it in my 30’s after getting no where with the NHS, I visited a plastic surgeon who made me feel as if I was wasting her time and if I went through with surgery I would be left with large scars. I nearly gave up but I discovered Russell’s website online and started reading his reviews, and booked an initial appointment.
Russell made me feel really relaxed, he has a great manner, was really understanding and was optimistic and positive about the results I could get with the operation. I have had a great experience with him as a patient from the very first appointment to all the after care I have received. From meeting Dr. Bramhall at the first consultation, I was completely put at ease by his friendly, caring and professional personality. He completely empathised with how I felt about myself and how the problem with my eyes made me feel. I had no worries or concerns about my up and coming procedure.
On the day I was having the procedure, I was completely put at ease by, not only Dr. Bramhall, but the friendly, cheerful staff that were looking after me. I was told exactly what would happen and they chatted to me throughout, making me feel relaxed and in ” safe hands”.
Following the procedure, I was well looked after and was able to leave once I felt ready to ( no rushing for me to leave) My follow up appointments were made ie, to have stitches removed for the following week and was done by Dr. Payne who performed this easily with no pain and a friendly, caring manner. Follow ups continued and was given advice into caring for my eyes by Dr. Bramhall.
My results are fantastic, 100% better than they were. It really has changed how I feel about myself, I feel terrific and my friends and colleagues have said that they are a massive improvement, some were unaware I was having them corrected, and said I looked different and what had I done. Amazing !!!!

For many years I was so unhappy with my breasts, there was hardly anything there and I hated that I couldn’t wear certain clothes and had no confidence.
I’d always say I would love to get them done and finally I decided to book a consultation and so my journey began. From the moment I met Mr. Bramhall, I knew I made the right choice as he made me feel so relaxed and comfortable talking about my reasons for wanting the surgery.
He explained everything that was going to happen, answered all my questions and gave excellent advice. Not gonna lie I was nervous the night before my procedure but who wouldn’t be, it’s a life changing thing. Mr Bramhall in my opinion is an incredibly supportive and talented surgeon. I had been putting off my breast reduction surgery for many years and after meeting several surgeons during my research days Russell stood out as easy to talk to, modern in his thinking, approachable and incredibly professional. He listens well and then takes time to talk you through every little detail that is going to happen throughout the procedure.

I was always happy with my breast size and shape but after two pregnancies and breastfeeding I felt that they had deflated a lot. I had been thinking about getting breast implants for several years and finally felt that the time was to make an appointment for a consultation.

It is a HUGE decision to make to undergo surgery and choosing the correct surgeon to carry out your procedure is paramount to your results and experience. I could not have been in better hands than Mr. Russell Bramhall. He explained the procedure and what I would expect the results to be very clearly and in a friendly and professional manner.
I had my surgery on 17th December 2019 and now six weeks after I cannot emphasise enough how delighted I am with the results. For many years I have been really unhappy with my breast size and this was affecting my confidence. After extensive research, Mr Bramhall’s name came up on numerous occasions. He is based at BMI Rosshall which also is a very reputable hospital. After the extensive research, I had decided that I wanted the procedure. I booked a consultation with Mr Bramhall and my husband, who has been very supportive from the outset, also attended. On the day of my consultation, I felt excited but also a little nervous. However, within 5 minutes of meeting Mr Bramhall, I felt completely relaxed and my nerves had disappeared as I found Mr Bramhall so easy to talk to. He had a very professional manner and he explained the full procedure in detail, listening intently to my wishes, particularly with regards to size. He also gave his professional opinion, taking into account not only my hopes but my body shape and size, giving a result that would match my aspirations. At the end of the consultation, I knew I was going ahead with it and had definitely found the right person to carry out my surgery.
My operation was booked for 2nd December 2019 (an early Christmas pressie :-) ) On the day of my operation, Mr Bramhall once again explained the procedure in full. As expected and explained by Mr Bramhall, the surgery went without a hitch. I cannot praise Mr Bramhall and the staff at BMI Rosshall highly enough.
I am now 6 weeks post op and can’t believe how quick my recovery has been. I love my new breasts. The size is perfect for my body shape, just as Mr Bramhall explained. I can’t wait to buy new bikinis for forthcoming holidays (ones without padding).

I made the decision to have the surgery after a 4 stone weight loss. My arms looked like arms of an 80 year old woman!!!!! At my consultation Mr Bramhall explained the procedures and what was best for me. I needed lipo and surgery. And then a date was booked.
On the day of surgery I went into hospital at 7am and had been fasting from midnight at home. Once I was in hospital all the staff were amazing. Mr Bramhall came and marked my arms, explained what was happening and explained the risks. By 8.30 I was being taken down to theatre.
I was in theatre for 4 and half hour ( I think) I remember being back in my room and when I was finally awake I felt great. My arms had tubi grips on them and they just felt slightly tight I think because of the bandages. I was up and about walking to the nurses station to stretch my legs. By 4.30pm I was starving and had a sandwich. My visitors that came could not believe how well I looked considering I was in surgery so long. And by 6pm I was being discharged for home. I was given the option to stay overnight but I really just wanted my own bed.
Once home I completely rested, no cooking cleaning just sat on the sofa for a few days. Thank goodness for Netflix. My partner was demented lol I did milk it a bit. I wasn’t sore it was really just the double tubi grip that was annoying me. So I decided to invest in a compression garment for my arms lol it felt more like a straight jacket however it did the job. I kept the tubi grip or compression garment on for 6 weeks as after care advised me. I also increased my protein intake as this helps healing and I also took extra skin hair and nail tablets for the 6 weeks.
I had weekly check ups with the nurse and was delighted when I thought I had a small infection which I didn’t and Mr Bramhall was at the treatment room to check up on me. Excellent aftercare. The nurses were amazing too. I’ve just had my 7 week check up and the scars are healing fantastically. I’m so so happy with my new arms and so glad I had the surgery.

I consulted with 2 surgeons before Russell, each surgeon told me a different thing but on seeing Russell he immediately made me feel relaxed with his attention to detail, understanding and time. He took the time to discuss a way forward outlining best and worst case scenarios.
Despite a 5 month wait I elected to go ahead and was lucky enough to get a cancellation. The op day went smoothly and the recovery was nowhere like I imagined. It was pretty straightforward. Few queries along the way which Russell answered quickly via email, and even fitted me in for a quick consult to allay concerns. All in all what was a daunting process became pretty relaxed and simple. The scarring is minimal and the recovery is well under way. Dr Bramhall was recommended to me, and after my first consultation with him I was happy to go ahead and schedule my breast augmentation.
I was very nervous about whether this would be the right thing for me to do. I had wanted to get my breasts done for 8+ years, initially when I first started thinking about it, it was all for the look. But as the years gone on, I had 6 children, breastfed them all for their 1st year. I loved that I was so lucky to achieve that each time however I just hated what I was left with. I felt embarrassed of my breasts, my confidence was gone but it really got me down more than it should have.
Dr Bramhall just made me feel so at ease, reassured me about what doubts I had, but to be honest I didn’t have many I just knew I wanted this. I was quite scared about the anaesthetic, I never had it before, but he spoke me through it and that was fine, I just put it out my until on the day.
I was and still am absolutely amazed at how well and easy it went. I went into hospital at 6am, remember getting the anaesthetic just after 8am back up in ward for 10:30am. I slept on and off for a few hours and was back home in my bed for 4:30pm the same day. My scars are so small, I was expecting bigger and more noticeable.
I didn’t have to take any pain killers when I was home, everything went well. It was easier than I expected, and the recovery was quicker than I expected also.
I cannot recommend Dr Bramhall enough. He has achieved an amazing result for myself, the difference it has made to myself is limitless.

Absloultey incredible! I met with Russell to discuss Breast Augmentation. After breast feeding for a long period of time my breasts were left deflated and saggy. Russell reassured me I would get a great result and he managed to fit me in around my hectic schedule (which was very restricted).
I have had excellent results, I am absloutley delighted with how my breasts are now. I am still suprised at how much easier this was than expected. The next day after surgery i was quiet swollen however Russell checked in on me to make sure I was ok. I was, it was routine swelling but the nurses were unsure. I had no drains, i only had some tape where my scars were. 7 weeks on and my breasts have dropped into position, swelling all gone. The scars are about the size of my pinky, they are straight and neat. Still a bit red but this will fade, can’t see them as the breast sits over them anyway. Overall I cannot recommened Russell enough, i was anxious at first but having confidence in my surgeon got me through. I would say it was around 1/2 weeks i was uncomfortable, mainly due to swelling. I slept in an upright position & took regular paracetomol / ibuprofen. I was discharged with stronger meds but I only used these a couple of times. I had under the muscle implants 340cc. I have a very small frame (size 8). I had a lot of excess skin from feeding. We discussed a range of sizes and I trusted Russell to select the size within this range we chose. I am now a 34DD, I was advised I might be a 32E after the 6 weeks by a bra fitting service so i need to go back.
It sounds big but it doesn’t look it. They look natural, round and fit perfect.
The goal was a reasonable natural looking size, filling the excess skin without a lift. This was an option but i wanted a straight forward procedure.
I had textured round implants, which should help stay in place more, compared to smooth. I was back at work after 6 days (desk job). I also have kept this confidential, so i manged to take a week off work and be discreet about my surgery.
I did not drive for around 2 weeks, as under the muscle I found turning the steering wheel at first challenging. I was looking after my toddler, lifting etc just being cautious. I bought post op front fastening bras from asda (2 for £15) as they had good review’s after researching. These were so comfortable, i wore one all day then another all night. I only took one off to shower. Now 7 weeks in I am sleeping without a bra and my breasts have softened up. The whole experience with Russell was beyond my expectations. I had this at Ross Hall and stayed overnight. Clean, professional and the food was great! I have had my post op checks and will have another one in 6 weeks time. The implants Russell used are guaranteed for life (mentor) which gives me confidence knowing he only uses the highest quality certified implants.

Russell Bramhall has given me my confidence back. After losing 3 stone 2 years ago, my arms had become loose and saggy with excess skin and fatty tissue. I went to see Russell Regarding an arm lift. From the first meeting I knew I was in safe hands.
He is professional, but still has the ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease. He understood my reasons, but still took the time to explain the pro’s and con’s of the procedure.
I am still only 5weeks post-op, but I’m ecstatic with the results already. I can’t thank Russell Bramhall enough, he has made me so happy.

My experience with Mr Bramhall has been exceptional. I had been wanting to have a tummy tuck for a number years but was extremely apprehensive about the procedure.

At my consultation I was given all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed decision regarding breast reduction surgery. Russell Bramhall was relaxed, friendly and professional making my decision to proceed very easy.
From the consultation stage to well after my operation he was always available (via e-mail due to distance) to answer any of my questions/concerns. His replies were always very prompt and nothing seemed like too much trouble for him. My operation went really well, pain immediately after the operation was minimal and recovery time for me was about 3 to 4 weeks. My scars seem to be healing really well and I am only 3 months post op. Most of the scarring is under the breasts and to be honest they don’t really bother me. There is still some pain which is difficult to explain – kind of shooting stabbing pains but nothing unbearable. I would say, if you are considering this procedure please do not procrastinate for years like I did. I am a lot happier with my appearance and now have natural looking boobs that are in proportion to the rest of my body. Now, shopping for bras and clothes is no longer a major issue! I am absolutely delighted with my results and would highly recommend Russell Bramhall as a choice of surgeon.

After many years of deliberation at the age of 55 I decided to go for it. Very true to his word, Dr Russell Bramhall clearly explained the upper blepharoplasty procedure and what to expect afterwards, all of which was true to his word.
The procedure itself was very straightforward and the team really made me feel at ease. Instantly I could feel much more light coming into my eyes with the weight of the hooded lids gone. I had quite a bit of bruising and swelling over the first few days although this was expected. After stitching was removed I was well on the road to recovery and could see amazing results. People often say look well although you wouldn’t know that I had this done, which is the result I was looking for. The light scars fade into the natural crease of the eyelids. Would be happy to share before and after pictures once I get them back.

My care and treatment, from my first consultation to my last check up, was amazing. Dr Bramhall was very thorough and gave me all the information I required in order to make an informed decision on my treatment.
The results are so much better than I ever imagined. My body is now in proportion and gone are the sore backs and uncomfortable bras.

Having met Mr Bramhall at my 1st consultation I was amazed by how comfortable & at ease I felt of discussing the prospect of having a cosmetic procedure, he was really understanding of my insecurities. I was going in thinking of liposuction but I wasn’t a great candidate for that as I had loose saggy skin in my tummy, so I was having a tummy tuck instead. I was in no doubt of having Mr Bramhall doing my procedure he made me feel really excited about how my new tummy would look & he really didn’t disappoint. It was really apparent he was such a perfectionist & really cared about his patients.
3 months later & im totally elated & in awe with my new tummy, everyday I smile now looking at my new tummy in the mirror, whereas before Id feel disgusted in seeing myself. I’m just disappointed in myself waiting over 20 yrs to pluck up the courage to do it.

I had considered this surgery for a few years. It was a big step to take but I haven’t looked back since.
I am so pleased with the result and will be forever grateful to Mr Bramhall for his expertise and care throughout the procedure. I am now three months post op and feel so much better in myself. Although it was a long procedure, I have recovered well. Mr Bramhall has been attentive, approachable and available for any queries I have.

Mr Bramhall is a surgeon who goes above and beyond, from my initial appointment to discuss my options, through to the after care months later.
I had an idea in my head of exactly what I wanted and how to achieve that, after explaining all the pros and cons and his recommendations, to say I am delighted would be an understatement.
I did my research before choosing which surgeon I felt best for the type of operation I was intending on having. I would always recommend anyone to do this first, however after meeting Mr Bramhall, his knowledge, experience and patience along with his reviews, made my mind up completely.
Without a shadow of a doubt Mr Bramhall will go to the nth degree to make sure you are happy and your desired result is achieved.

My first meeting with Dr Bramhall was my consultation and I was really excited and then really scared. He explained the procedure very clear and concise and was incredibly professional, trusting and approachable. If I’m honest I did get slightly anxious with some of the complications, but I totally felt that I was in good hands.
The day of surgery I was pretty nervous but Dr Bramhall sat down with me and went through the procedure again. I was made to feel really special but more importantly I felt that he truly cared and was going to do an amazing job.
My procedure was done under local anaesthetic which was fantastic, I had no pain and no clue what was happening, the staff were amazing (chatted away throughout) this was excellent for the nerves.
Dr Bramhall was so gentle and careful.
When the surgery was finished and I saw what I looked like I cried! Seems silly but I was so overwhelmed, firstly with how good I looked and secondly because of Dr Bramhall and the team who made my experience phenomenal (I honestly can’t find words to describe his gentleness, staff welcoming and on and on and on).
My follow up; a review the following day by Dr McKeown and then another a few days later by both Dr McKeown and Dr Bramhall. I looked and felt fantastic hardly any bruising or swelling and was out and about.
I had a few follow up reviews after this and my results are unimaginably wonderful, I’m so delighted.
This was the biggest thing that I have ever done and was really nervous but from the bottom of my heart I would do this again and most definitely have Dr Bramhall operate on me again.
If anyone is reading this and thinking about any surgery please do it, life’s short and if this can give you a confidence boost then surely it’s worth it xx

After 10 years of debating whether or not to have the procedure I am beyond thrilled with the results and only wish I had done it earlier. The whole experience under the watchful eye of Dr Russell Bramhall was everything I had hoped for. I was incredibly nervous going for my initial consultation but I was made to feel very relaxed and Russell’s friendly but uber professional approach alleviated all nerves. We discussed my wishes and expectations and every part of the operation was fully explained to me. I left feeling very happy and booked the procedure for 6 weeks later.
The day of the operation went so smoothly and although nervous ( which is natural ) I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience and outcome. I love the results and the aftercare has been amazing. I feel like me again and got back the bit of me I had lost.
Cannot recommend Dr Bramhall highly enough…. thank goodness I found him!
