ABOUT US
Russell is a consultant plastic surgeon who has his NHS practice at Glasgow Royal Infirmary where he specialises in breast reconstruction for cancer patients.
Russell graduated in medicine from Edinburgh University and trained in plastic surgery at a number of the UK’s most renowned plastic surgery units.
After completing his training in plastic surgery, Russell undertook further specialist fellowship training in aesthetic surgery in London’s Harley Street area, working along side and learning from some of the biggest names in aesthetic surgery. He completed two further breast specialist fellowships at The Royal Marsden Hospital in London and St Andrew’s Centre for Burns and Plastic Surgery in Essex. Russell has travelled widely to gain further experience in plastic surgery having been invited to attend as the international fellow in New York, Melbourne and Brussels.
